On Sight Evaluation: I personally come out to your property and identify the Nuisance Wildlife causing the problem, and to evaluate the damages incurred. Also determine the best way to handle the situation, whether it be through exclusion, trapping and relocating or euthanasia (as required by state law).

Trapping: After the situation has been analyzed, and the animal creating the nuisance has been identified, traps can be placed in strategic positions in and around the property (or in the house as it may be). All traps are placed with utmost care and consideration, for the offending animal and for your family and pets. No traps are ever placed in a position that would endanger your family or pets.

After the animal has been captured, it will then be released into the state forest or euthanized as required by state law. All animals are treated humanely!

Repairs and Prevention: When the animals have been removed from the property its time to fix all the damage that has was incurred to the house and/or property. As a licensed Home Improvement Contractor, repairs to the home come as second nature, but along with these repairs come the very important "Prevention". You don't want other animals taking the place of the nuisance that I just removed! Metal grates can be installed, soffits can be fixed, chimneys can be capped, and other preventative measures can be taken.

After the preventative measures have been taken, repairs can be made to the house and/or property. Drywall damage can be repaired, generalized cleaning of the attic, basically fixing anything that was destroyed by the nuisance wildlife!
